Militarial rank system Rules of Death By Destruction: THE GOLDEN RULES: 1. Use your common sense in ALL situations. Think before you do something stupid. 2. Know your boundaries. Don't overstep them or you may find yourself in a lot of trouble. Must be obeyed - punishment: Expulsion 1. Absolutely no racial, homophobic, sexist or otherwised biased statements. NONE. Joking around people you know is acceptable - know your limit. 2. Respect all your fellow corp mates and obey anybody in a higher ranking than you. 3. Everyone is entitled to their opinions - but keep them to yourself if they discomfort others. 4. Do not harass, annoy or launch personal attacks, verbal or combat, against any member. 5. Every setting and rule, including system of rank and tax, is set for a reason - if you dont like it, leave. 6. DO NOT try to evade tax and payment to the corp because we WILL find evidence of that and we CAN see inside your ship and item storage. Watch yourself - punishment: Bitching 1. If your superior tells you to do something, you do it. Give notice for personal work, IE missions. We will do our best to accomodate your needs. 2. Although personal work in EVE is fine, do not fall behind in your service to the corp. 3. Keep foul language to a moderate level. 4. Piracy is accepted, as long as you do not endanger the rest of the corporation. 5. Do not make enemies in other corporations. Military diplomacy and politics is up to the Military Captain, and the corp's Colonel and General. Terms and conditions: 1. All harassment and rule-breaking can be reported to Shadow XII, colonel and personell manager of the corp. Do not bother the CEO or anyone else. 2. If a case has insufficient evidence to pursue punishment, it will be discussed with other witnesses, but when it comes right down to it your employment in the DBD corporation rests solely in the Colonel and General's hands. 3. These rules are subject to change and update - if you were not aware of a rule, it is your own fault for not making the effort to remain up to date. 4. All rule-breaking cases MUST have evidence to back them up - keep annoying your superiors about a false claim or someone you just dont like will probably see YOU expelled. Once expelled, YOU DO NOT GET BACK IN. Low-ranked pilots: Feel like your sergeant/captain is abusing you? Report it. Slavery is NOT tolerated AT ALL. These rules are in place to keep the corp running smoothly, and to keep everyone happy and enjoying the game. Everyone gets what they deserve, be it riches or to be blown out of the sky.
