The ACADEMY, the foundation of GENESIS. When a capsuler joins the Academy he/she is granted the title of "Cadet" and a trial period begins. Helped by experienced players within the GENESIS group capsulers will learn from experience has they develop new skills, molding their path in EVE. After the Cadet's basic training, and the conclusion of the trial period, he/she will be promoted to the rank of "(O-2) Lieutenant" and have the option to stay in the Academy or apply for any of the GENESIS divisions, either way continuing to develop his/her skills while forming new bonds within the group.
