In addition to separation from one's family, the Agoge involved cultivation of loyalty to one's group, loving mentorship, military training, hunting and social preparation. The literal translation of agoge is 'raising'. The characters live in groups (agelae, herds) under an older (3m SP) leader. They put their loyalty to their group above their family. Once the Character Reaches 8m SP and sucessfully completed thier Agoge Training. They will be able to Apply to any of the Senior Corps within an Alliance.
