The most mysterious criminal organization in the galaxy, Eclipse keeps its numbers low and is ghost-like in methods, operating in small guerilla cells to ensure the Cartel maintains a low profile.
The Cartel's members typically only fire in self defense. Piracy is very uncommon since Eclipse makes more money in black market trade, it even has its own mining division.
