About
The pod pilot owned, research and development arm of the caldari state's House of Records. While the parent corporation has no need for a research arm, there was a call for development of new systems for acquiring and storing data. 3 Years after the unofficial formation, the extra funds found by doing 3rd party research helped convince officials that it was worth investing in such a venture, and so the research arm of the caldari corporation was formed officially.
