The corporation YOU run. I am here as the moderator of this corp. The plan is, you have a plan (directive) you eve mail me your plan (as a corp member). If I approve your plan, you become the director of that directive. The rules are simple. For one, you can do whatever you want. Pirate, mission, mine, just chat with friends, or you can lead a directive and do whatever you want with the corpies you recruit. Funding depends on the directive and what the funding will be used for. Funds will be from the corp wallet and in divisions. The corp funds will be supported by the corp tax and boosted from my market alt. This is a sandbox, you decide how big the castle is.
