About
HIGH-SEC Mineral Extractors is a new corporation with some big dreams. We need good people to help us turn those dreams into reality.
We will be currently focused on mining, but we will build Mission Running and Industrial divisions as soon as possible. We need to build teams to start moving towards our goals, and team building will be our major emphasis for new members. The Industrial Division will be a little more difficult to do this with, but we think that scheduled mining operations, and team Level 3 and 4 missions will do what is necessary for those two divisions, as well as provide the income we need.
Medium range goals include establishing presences, incrementally, in Low Sec and 0.0. The 'On The Job' training that these activities will provide are essential to our future goals, and will also increase income for all of us.
As far as long term goals go, we're pretty conventional. We intend to establish a supply chain for Minerals, modules and ships. We also intend to set up some Mobile Labs at POSes so that we have access to Material Efficiency research slots without a two month wait.
We DONT have many requirements for new members. But here they are:
1. All Pilots must be at minimum 21 days old in Eve.
2. We need you "Limited API Key" and ID Number.
3. Your Sec Status must be -0.5 or Higher. Then the Sec Status must be brought to Positive and is required to stay Positive.
4. Faction standing for the areas we operate in must be brought up above -2.0 as soon as possible, if necessary.
There are really only three actions that will cause a member to be fired immediately. First, we don't steal, ever, for any reason. That means no can-flipping, ninja salvaging, etc. Second, we don't shoot at can-flippers, ever. Third, if a member does something unusually stupid, or something that gets the corporation in trouble or war-deced, that member will probably be looking for a new corp pretty soon. There are some other activities that are frowned on, and may eventually lead to seperation, but they are pretty straight forward.
We don't require members to be on any more than they have time for, and enjoy, but we don't want any inactive members either. If a member does not get online for a long period of time, and doesn't give us any notification, we will have to drop that member until we get a chance to talk to them about it.
