Miners and industrialists, they are the foundation of a growing corporation, and are important to the factors of management. Mining ops are essential to this role.
Pirates and PvP'ers, we highly value the ability to destroy our enemies, and obliterate others.
Pirate roams are a priority here.
Missionistas and explorers, everyone needs a good mission to do, and probing things out is a very useful skill we would most certainly take advantage of.
Mission ops will be frequent.
Electronic attack and covert ops, as specialized as you may be, it is the role specific members that can really turn a tide in a battle.
Plenty of ships to test your warfare equipment on.
Leaders and Team Players, there is nothing more valued than a person with a good attitude, and the ambition to do great things.
What you need:

Must be interviewed.
Skill points vary on what role you wish to perform.
