Phrenetis Conclave is an Achuran think-tank devoted to the study of social interaction and the complex workings of the human mind. Led by the enigmatic Straw Man, it's members work tirelessly to expand their knowledge of the human condition, as well as more mundane matters involving science and industry.
The Conclave is notable for it's ability to organize and execute complex operations that are often unthinkable by much larger organizations. The Straw Man delineates these operations according to data contained in a file he keeps very close to his chest, referred to only as "Plan B".
