Providing unity and protection to free-spirited pod pilots of the Gallente Federation and beyond.
UNION POLICY:
- All Union members are free to work for whomever employs them, so long as they have a written contract stating the extent of the work and the pay agreed upon.
- Any grievances with a member's actions should be addressed with that member.
- Any grievances over the terms of a contract can be brought to Union leadership, and we will deal with the offending member.
- Members whose security ratings fall below -5.0 will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the Union.
- No members shall engage in the destruction of other pod pilots or their ships unless specifically contracted to do so or attacked without provocation.
- Any pilot with a security rating of -5.0 is considered a criminal and therefore an exception to the above policy.
