Each year, hundreds of billions of ISK worth of resources is callously extracted from unsuspecting asteroids and innocent NPC ship wrecks, and billions more is swindled from the pockets of honest mission agents and concord bounty coffers by greedy, indifferent high-sec capsuleers.
The mission of Creative Asset Re-Appropriation Enterprises [uCARE] is to reclaim and redistribute the dubiously gained wealth of high-sec-bound capsuleers. Our methods are unflinching and our and resolve is absolute, but we need your help.
As we are a non-profit organization*, we need your support to help us secure a permanent victory against the unthinking missioners and miners of high-sec. We are currently accepting donations in any amount to help fund our ongoing campaign.
