About
The Terran Republic of Independent systems is a multi tasking corperation that respects its shareholders and members. I decided to make this corperation because I want to keep a corperation in check and running smoothly for more than just a few months. I have noticed that previous corps i have joined have had decent and stable economies and have had decent political systems but still lack the enthusiasim and devotion to keep the corp in check and alive for it to prosper even more. The most contributing factor in a very stable corperations downfall, is the lack of active members. As a result, one of this corps main priorities is to give a reason for the memebers that join to stay active and have members that are constantly active. Other priorities are to keep the memebers informed of the activities that we are going to initiate, accept activities that keep the players interested and occupied while in the corp so they have a reason to stay, conduct several operations each month to produce income and keep the corps economy flowing. Another factor that contributes to the downfall of its members is not having the funds and resourses to provide for its corp. Isk in this game is hard to come by when you dont have the correct ships and equipment, thats a fact known by all players, even the new players. So with that being said i want to provide for our " Noob " players as they progress with their skills and increase their abilities in any feild, from Industry like mining, to combat such as PVP or mission running.
Other matters that lead to the downfalls of Corperations is the risk of the corp being war dec'd by random pirate/merc corps that just randomly search systems for a easy target. Every character in this game has a significantly streached carebare feeling when something as small as a can being flipped occurs or they are lured into a trap. So as a result, noobs that join this corp will be trained and will be able to work on thier skills and isk problems in systems not occupied by characters 24/7 such as Amarr, Hek, Jita, Rens, Pator, and many others.
Experienced players are players that have experience in pvp, missioning, mining, and other fields that this game offers so they know what to do and how to do it effectivly to their standards. These members are going to be the leaders and instructors of the corp. With that being said, these memebers are going to have to be active the most and have the time and devotion to put noobs where they need to be do conduct specific operations effectively.
