The Imperial Arsenal for Military Interventions was established in Y113.11.12 by the amarrian ministry of war. The Corporation is a full scale weaponry forge which was designed to fulfill the higher demands of the imperial special forces.
This is the reason for the untypical doctrine of the organization. Quality is preferred over quantity for every product from small arms to capital battleships.
Additional to the requirement of high quality products is a strong belief in the holy lord, his all-embracing might and in the empress Jamyl Sarum herself for all those who want to step up among the ranks of IA4MI. No-one who's not willing to sacrifice his own life for the glory of the lord will be accepted to work within the Imperial Arsenal.
Even non amarrian bloodlines are allowed to work with as long as a strong belief is recognizable in words and deeds of the entrant. A special rank system guaranteed a well formed leadership and motivate the membership to be a powerful tool of the empress will.
Small paramilitary operations are the standard way to test the equipment in the Imperial Arsenal before the goods were delivered to the forces.
