About
This corporation is an experiment to find a new type of management in order to encourage members to be loyal, reliable, and actively engaged in corporation activities.
Experimental Practices:
-Profit Sharing: Corporation Shares are used to pay a monthly dividend based on the amount of shares held. Shareholders will not be entitled to Corporation Assets or ownership.
-Sharholders: Share prices will be determined by membership, member role/responsibility, and the ratio of shares per member.
-Corporation Capital: Tax rates will vary based on corporation activities on a monthly basis. Member count and activity will also affect tax rates to stabilize profits.
-Additional Ship Insurance Program (ASIP): A program designed to assist players with replacement of ships and/or ship modules when a loss is incurred during corporation activities. As long as your ship is insured at the platinum level, the corporation will reimburse you the difference between the insurance payout and market value of the ship AND fitting at the time of loss. Pending approval by Director or higher. Deadspace/Faction/Limited Edition ships and items are excluded from this program. Please fly responsibly. At fault losses due to unnecessary or rash actions will not be reimbursed.
Other experiments will take place throughout the lifetime of this corporation. All players are welcome to take part in it's developement. A probationary period will be enforced (30 days). No skill requirements. All time zones. Self-motivation, discipline, and future planning required.
