XO CX is a new Corporation building up it's strength to become mainly a hardcore mining ops & small gangs PvP Corp. Recruitment is open to players looking for a 0% tax rate Corp that doesn't require anything of them. XO CX gives Miners & Industrialist room to earn good isk in Piekura(.5), with ice fields in the system, the best ore of highsec, & Jita being 4 jumps away. PvP pilots have 1 jump access low sec systems, & (.3) in 2 jumps. Skill books & medical facilities are in the same system.
