H.C. Acquisitions is a headstrong corporation who’s sole goal is to make money. We have an extremely effective corporation structure, and maintain a professional business environment. We actively promote employees on a meritocratic basis; if you do well, you get rewarded. If you demonstrate a capacity to be more than you are, we make that happen. H.C. Acquisitions places a heavy emphasis on entrepreneurism and innovation in all aspects of the organization. If any employee has an idea on a profitable new project, or a method of improving an existing one, they are encouraged to submit their idea to their managers, who in turn pass the idea upwards until it has reached someone with enough corporate influence to make it happen. Any idea an employee comes up with and eve-mails to a manager is treated as OWNED by them; if implemented successfully, the corporation will reward the innovator a cut of the profit.
H.C. Acquisition’s structure allows for multiple large-scale operations to cooperate seamlessly. For example, a wormhole base of ours is able to pick up/drop off resources/products anywhere in our growing Domain, and our local market experts will handle the logistics using tried-and-true methods to maximize gain and minimize loss. Due to our strong upper management and efficient company structure, the various aspects of the corporation interact in harmony with one another. Our inner fluidity allows members to shift their department and location as they so desire.
We operate largely under a wage system. We handle the painstaking calculations and logistics on a mass scale, using real-world Management Science algorithms to run operations as efficiently as possible. For example, we have refiners with no station tax and perfect refining skills refine ore for the perfect 100% yield. We select haulers within the closest proximity to the mineral cache and who’s net m3 most closely matches the mineral volume. They ship the minerals to the best market hub for the sale, taking into consideration factors like varying price, daily volume flow, and distance from the cache. We have market experts with minimized market transaction fees watching the ever-fluctuating mineral prices, knowing when to jump in with the mineral sell order when prices are peaking. Simply put, we do it right.
