We were all new players once. Some of us got lucky. We met some people early on who took us under their wing, mentored us and gave us responsibilities.
Taught us how to play the game to win. How to be shady, how to be a killer, how to collect tears. How to be well rounded, how to support your bros, how to make your mark on a corp.
