Formed in YC113 as a combined effort of the Caldari living in the Black Rise region to protect themselves from Gallente aggression. The Regiment is unique in that it has the support of several Megacorporations - specifically Lai Dai, Ishukone and Hyasyoda. Each of whom have interests in the preservation of the Caldari state within the Black Rise region.
