IN FEAR OF LIR3'S RISING-STATUS, THE AMARR EMPIRE BETRAYED THEM. SOON THEY WERE OVERWHELMED BY THE AMARR EMPIRE'S ATTACKS WHICH KILLED THOUSANDS OF LIR3 MERCS. BUT BEFORE THE LIR3 WERE WIPED OUT, THEY BARRICADED THEMSELVES IN THEIR OPPERATIONS CAPITAL CITY, LIOXYS 9. CENTURIES LATER, THE CITY WAS REDISCOVERED AND RE-ESTABLISHED. LIR3 ONCE AGAIN RECRUITING WORTHY MERCS.
