WE ARE CURRENTLY SELLING STOCK. We are a semi-small, but growing, corporation looking for new members to fill the ranks and help the corporation thrive. We do most industry jobs, pve, mission running (Level 5's included), and we are always looking to expand. API required. Stocks There are two types of stock available: Ownership shares and Dividend shares. Anyone can buy dividend shares in The Traders but people that are offered can buy ownership shares. Ownership shares are given out in much higher quantities and owners are given a direct percentage of the profit (their shares / 20 mil). The rest of the shares (500k) are dividend shares. To date no dividend payment has been missed (although there is a ton of profit we are reinvesting it, as soon as we are confident we are getting profits consistently we will consider raising dividends). Dividend stocks cost 50k but prices will increase quickly with more demand. Each dividend share pays a 750isk dividend every week on Friday at 14,00-18,00 Eve time. The buyback price for stock currently being sold is 40k (your buyback price is personal to you which means that if you buy stock outside the corp, you will not be allowed to sell it back except for at the price offered.) The money coming in is used for investment with always enough in the bank for a buy back of half of the shares (including in escrow). The principal purpose of the corporation is to make money and pay weekly dividends. This is why there is only a limited number of stocks. Over time the price of the stock will rise along with the weekly dividends. Upon joining each member will be placed to receive 10 dividend shares. As you move up and help the corp you will receive more shares. After some time in the corporation, you may be offered to buy ownership shares but you can always ask. In the event of the corporation closing, all stock holders will recieve full refunds on their stock unless it wasn't you who bought them from the corporation. At times we will stop selling stock for a while to scale the corporation according to the capital we have in order to ensure dividends are paid. However, after we do scale we will continue to sell stock. As we imagine this cycle reoccuring often, you should not expect stock to continuously be for sale but do expect it to happen when we are ready to increase capital and grow once more. If we stop and then once again offer more shares expect a bump in dividends.
