To apply for this corporation you need to go through useless, really fakeable interview(to prevent spy/awox) activity, which doesnt prevent it at all.
Then you can begin station spin, because CEO's of this corp will be busy spending all the money from tax, instead of flying making isk with you.
On a good day, you might fleet up, but only for PvP, because anything less than PvP, such as running PvE is considered non-elite venue for earning isk.
You need to be self-sufficient though(buy plex) then send corp 10% of isk earned from selling plex.
(for corp SRP program) so CEO's can replace their t3 ships.
