The ONLY requirements for member corporations are that you must add blues accordingly and you may not shoot said blues. Adding new corps and alliances requires a voting process that can take up to 3 days.
Unlike an alliance, this confederation does not require member corps to join the militia or pay alliance fees. This is a non-aggression pact with occaisonal joint fleets. The power lies with the member corps & alliances!
