Corporation Charter If you decide to join this corp, you must be aware of and accept the underwritten right and conditions. GOALS Making ISK for the corp members. We pay dividents to the active corp members on the 1st of each month. Plans Piracy gank fleet Player Owned Custom Office ( we recieve tax from planets) RULES a) Enjoy the game and lets own this galaxy :) b) After every month of membership a share will be awarded you, no shares will be allowed to alts. c) You agree to sell all your shares back to the corp at 500 000 isk each, in the event you decide to leave, be suspended or stop playing EVE. d) Every 6 (six) month a compulsory election will be held for the post of CEO. Electioneering may only start 7 (seven) day before the election date. e) The CEO will appoint directors;

f) As payment for his services the CEO will receive 1 (one) additional share per month and the directors 1 (one) additional share every 2 (two) month for the duration of the tenure. g) Taxes
  • All members must pay Tax to the corp
  • The tax rate will be ascertained by the CEO and Dirs
  • Miners are honour bound to pay half the prevalent Tax rate in minerals to the corp
h) Voting
  • For the purpose of voting 1 (one) share in the corp equals 1 (one) vote
  • No alts are allowed to vote or receive shares
i) Any changes to this charter will require an 80% majority vote by all members of the corp.
