If I asked somebody what is the most crucial aspect of corporation or alliance to focus on to ensure success?
Some would say experience. Others would say being able to make ISK. Many would claim its Leadership. However, although I believe many of these are important I believe it is the quality and type players and people in the corporation, if you have players who all fit in, then strong bonds will form and that corporation is sure to go far.
This is where I come in, I used to be a recruiter for a very large alliance for more than three years, while in leadership I perfected recruiting techniques and over my time I recruited over 600 people until real-life got in the way, money troubles in real life lead me to selling my character.
However, recently I got have got back into eve and decided that recruiting is what I loved most about eve and that is what I am doing now.
I am offering my services to corps for a low price, this will include helping writing adverts, corporation and alliance bio's. I will also help you recruit and get your corporation and alliance get larger and more well known.
