About
The Nova Caledonia Commonwealth (NOVCA) is a fledgeling corperation inspired by the governmental theories of Monarchtical rule, and the cultural applications of ancient Gaelic customs. We at NOVCA seek new players to help build a solid community surrounding the principles of our organization, train with fellow members in the fuctions of EVE ONLINE, as well as what is expected of corperation members.
We at NOVCA believe that within a healthy, and productive community, certain values should be followed. We hold the old value of honor, or ones reputation, as the cornerstone of NOVCA ethics. A budding memeber who exemplifies proper behavior, a willingness to give, and loyalty to the dream of NOVCA will be rewarded according to their efforts (promotions, added benifits, decorations).
NOVCA is new, and is seeking to establish itself. Our first step goals are as follows.
