About
RavenWyre Syndicate is dedicated to doing its best to not only teach new or returning players how to be more efficient and develop their skills, but to also defend both ourselves and our allies during our push for independance. We strive to bring knowledge, content, and fairplay to each of our members. We have a few levels of experience and we use this experience to give players advice and help them find a direction to go in with their gameplay goals and future.
The paths we focus new people on are straightforward and easy to explain. We start by sitting down with the player and go over a specifically designed survey with them. This lets us see what they enjoy doing, and help to cater their immidiete training around those enjoyments. We focus on figuring out how they would enjoy making their isk, then review their other answers to see what they would enjoy best after their immediete training.
The paths we help returning players find is a bit more involved. We sit and discuss their current roles, skills, areas of knowledge, interests, and a few other things to build a detailed outlook on their past and present. Once this is done, we can review their current aspirations for their character and find a training regiment that suits both their personal and character growth.
If you have any interest in getting your feet wet with us or to brush up on some skills you want to learn, please let one of our recruiters or a director know. Our management are very involved and approachable so dont think the CEO or any upper managment wont have time for a chat when they are online. If they arent around, just shoot them a message.
