Classy Pirates. We are a small wardec community, that operates only in high-sec. We are not the ones to be feared, due to the lack of numbers - we usually have only 1-3 (or none) Agents operating on the field. We like to kill shiny stuff and we also like to be classy. Rookie Murdering Policy. ○ If you are a newbro in EVE-Online, you are pretty much safe at all times. We never go to Rookie Systems, and never provoke nor hunt down our fellow rookie players. So if you are a Rookie, and roaming around on your fully fitted Rookie-ship, you are 100% safe at all times. But do not try to exploit that rule to gather intel or provoke us into a fight - in this case we will have no option, but to immediately destroy your vessel upon any future encounter. If it is a cheap hull, we might compensate it straight after the loss. However, this kind of reimbursement is not guaranteed. ○ If you are a newbro, that appears to be rich enough to support your brand new toon with enough Skill Injectors and PLEXes, to be able to fly something shiny in the very beginning of your EVE carrer, then we will have no option, but to flag your toon as 'Turborich' in our records, and consider you as a regular wartarget at all times. Please do not get offended, when your shiny and luxuriously SKINned Paladin will eventually get blown up to pieces in the middle of nowhere, even if it's piloted by a four days old character. ○ If you are a newbro on the trial-period, and you attack any of our War-Vessels, we will have no option, but to destroy your vessel immediately. ○ If you are a newbro and ratting/mining/doing other 'ops' with your corpmates, you may only be killed if we successfully pinpoint the location of your fleet and are about to show up to pick up a fight. In this case, you should warp off immediately after you get a visual on our incoming recon Agents, because in such situation we will have no option but to kill everyone on the grid, without taking into account the actual EVE-experience of our unlucky wartargets. No exceptions will be made here. You either warp off or get slaughtered. You have been warned. ○ Overall, the Rookie-Griefing itself is PERMABANNED in our community. No exceptions on that. All members of Nakatre Inc that have been seen participating in rookie-griefing, even if once, should be reported immediately to CCP and our leadership, to make sure, that their butts are instakicked from the corp and permabanned from the game. If you want to do such unhonorable and distasteful shit like rookie-griefing, then go do it with someone else. Not in our name. Period. Ransom Policy. ○ Rookies are not ransomable nor griefable. ○ Older players are ransomable, gankable and griefable :D ○ Ask for a ransom at your own risk, generally we honor it (because it is a 'classy thing' and we like to be classy), but we may not, if we do not want to. This will happen if the ransom, offered by the victim, is so low that we see absolutely no reason in letting said victim go. Surrender Policy ○ We accept surrenders. ○ Surrender fees may vary, but in all cases 200M is the minimum, because our surrender fees cannot be less than a 4x wardec cost.
