What is Roche Inc.?
Roche Inc is a newly formed corporation based in Akonoinen! The core principles of Roche Inc. are competency, learning, intellect, and leadership.
Competency is rewarded such that players who demonstrate exceptional skill in any area will be rewarded greatly for their contributions, while members who fail to demonstrate any skill will have to make do on their own.
Learning is rewarded in the sense that it develops competency. We're not all experts. Even the experts insist they have more to learn. Be humble, and know that even though you may know a great deal, you are not done learning yet. EVE Online is a game that puts the Massive in Massive Multiplayer Online games, after all.
Intellect, like in any aspect of life, is greatly rewarded here. Those who solve the problems and puzzles our corporation faces will find the corporation solving the problems and puzzles of their own. Those who are innovators, and work to develop new plans, strategies, and policies that can help us all not only survive, but thrive, in a cold and uncaring galaxy.
Leadership is rewarded such that players who work together will thrive together. Players who demonstrate exceptional skill in such areas will find themselves in higher positions of authority, both in fleets, and the corporation itself. Those who can stay calm when all hell breaks loose, and coordinate a large number of people through any ordeal, will find praise and material benefit.
We are based in high security space at the moment, however we are located no more than 6 jumps from Jita, Lowsec, and Nullsec. As a plus, wormholes are no stranger to the Lonetrek region. Where our members go, the corporation will follow.
