B) {Big Load} = Contract Volume Greater-Than (60,000 m³) = 5 Minutes / Jump

Example: 6 Jump {Small Load} Courier Contract completed in 27 Minutes Or Less of "Contract Date Issued" gets [$ISK$] :)
