Loan details: * Pilot age must be less than 12 months * Pilot must be in a NPC corproation * Pilot must accept the loan within Metropolis * Loan amount must be between 5 and 100 million ISK * Collateral provided by the loanee must be at least 105% of the loan amount ** Collateral for the NECNC loan may be any item and will be assessed using Eve-Apprasal ** PSC reservers the right to decline collateral * Loan service costs are a flat 1 million ISK fee * Loan terms are 4 weeks, there is no penalty for early repayment Collateralized Term Loan (CTL): PSC offers a low-interest rate loan for pilots willing to commit to quick repayments. Loan details: * Loan amount must be between 100 million and 1 billion ISK * Collateral provided by the loanee must be at least 105% of the loan amount ** Collateral will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and appraised * Loan service costs are 1.5% of the total loaned amount * Loan terms are 4 weeks, there is no penalty for early repayment Collateralized Unlimited Loan (CUL): PSC offers an open-ended loan option for pilots needing more flexibility. Loan details: * Loan amount must be between 500 million and 1 billion ISK * Collateral provided by the loanee must be at least 105% of the loan amount ** Collateral will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and appraised * Loan service costs are 2.5% of the loan amount, paid monthly, non-compounded Custom Loans: PSC can also create a custom loan dedicated to your needs. Contact Walter Pryst to negotiate loan details 2. Once agreed upon, create an Item Exchange contract assigned to Pryst Services Corp. * Include the collateral and request the loan amount 3. Pryst Services Corp will accept the loan contract 4. Pryst Services Corp will create a new contract in the same station as the loan contract assigned to the loanee and will include the collateral * For NECNC type loans, the contract will request the loan amount plus 1 million ISK. The contract will be set to expire in 4 weeks * For CTL type loans, the contract will request the loan plus 1.5%. The contract will be set to expire in 4 weeks * For CUL type loans, the contract will request the loan plus 2.5% for the current month. This contract will be created upon pay-off request. 2.5% loan payments are required each month, or collateral will be sold off 5. Repay the loan and reclaim collateral OR 5. If the loan is not repaid, the contract will expire and Pryst Services Corp will take ownership of the assets
