"The Theology Council with all due authority and with all ordinances being observed, grant permission to Brother Upsett for the foundation of a holy order dedicated to spreading and enforceing Gods law and to collect, salvage and recycle that which has been discarded and which pollutes the space lanes and sacred sites of the Empire and its vassals and dominions. The church feels that it is necessary for the betterment of all those who live within the Empire that the detritus that currently litters the firmament be collected and recycled for use in the fight against blasphemers and Apostates. The new order will also be a training ground for those who wish to learn the techniques necessary for the construction of ships and equipment. Her Imperial Majesty Catiz Tash-Murkon is also keen that miners and surveyors be trained and employed within new holy order so that the Empire be supplied with that which it most desperately needs. A small annual stipend of 10000ISK will be issued to assist in the running costs of the order. Brother Upsett as acting Archimandrite in charge of the order 'Reclamatio Metallum' is responsible for the funding and upkeep of all buildings, ships, equipment, the enforcement of Canonical Law and the good conduct of the brothers and sisters under his command."

It is our duty to make sure the spacelanes are clear of wrecks and debris. Our aim is to aid the war effort by clearing and salvaging wrecks throughout Empire space and Providence.
We extend the hand of friendship to all those who would join and contribute to our holy order. We can offer no reward at present beyond a modest annual dividend, the camaraderie of capsuleers engaged in a common purpose and the knowledge that you are serving God and the Empress.
Pilots are authorised to use all force necessary in clearing the spacelanes of pirates. gankers and apostates thus creating even more scrap metal. They are also encouraged to participate in our war with the Minmatar and the Gallente.
We ask only that our pilots are either of the true faith or willing to serve the Empire.
