for the new bros, after you have completed the career agent missions the next step will be to visit the epic arc missions eve doesnt seem to point you in that direction so the location for the epic arc is Arnon IX - Moon 3 - Sisters of EVE Bureau and speak to Sister Alitura to start the epic arc expedition. after this point your on your own to forge your own path.
