About
Statler And Waldorf Balcony Brigade/[KERMT] was founded by a few older pilots to try and recapture the simple pleasures of Eve: good fights, good friends and good hunting.
We've been around the large nullblocs a time or two and we grew tired of the politics, the narratives, the ever-growing blue donuts, and the inevitable TiDi-fests that occur when the large entities take swings at one another.
So what do we do to achieve these simple aims? We small-gang, we cruise FW space in frigs, we ride cynos in all manner of ships on all manner of deserving targets, we hunt and we even form up for some sizeable fleets in more 'meta' doctrines. There's quite a lot we do and its pretty varied, which is the point: we do the things we enjoy and we enjoy a lot of things.
We are part of Rote Kapelle, whom we've found to very much share this philosophy of good fights, good friends and good hunting. We support each other in searching out content, in having fleetmates to enjoy content with, and in helping each other improve and learn from our mistakes.
Do you think you might fit in? Well, there are some things to keep in mind: Self-sufficiency is very important, being able to fly what is needed is a huge benefit, we do a lot of capitals and blops, having triage and logi is always a plus. However, the most valuable parts are whether you can take a loss and learn from it, if you can take a joke as well as you can dish one out, and if you aren't going to get hung up on your ego everytime try to squeeze into your pod.
