The core premise of RVB is two corporations ' Red and Blue ' constantly at war with each other in HIGH SEC (from corps own advert). RvB is NOT a small gang lowsec corporation: There are loads of small gang low sec or FW corporations in New Eden. They live in lowsec, right in the thick of it. They do not live in the middle of high sec! Some of these corporations are very good. They have great numbers, and easy access to lowsec resources. With this in mind: PLEASE STOP TAKING PEOPLE TO LOW SEC ROAMING WHENEVER WE BUILD UP SOME NUMBERS IN RvB SPACE !! People can\u2019t find anybody to fight in Josamento Otela and Liekuri. 2 years ago, when I joined RvB, I was clueless about how to fight. I tried mining 6-7 jumps away from HQ and a Red member quickly hunted me down and killed me! Today, as a Blue, I feel I could mine in Otela all day long. I could fly defenceless industrials between Liekuri and Otela. Or I could go afk on Jos gate for 3 hours and nothing would happen. i dont say that RvB never go to low sec or wormhole roams.. But it needs to be well balanced. RvB is NOT a Wormhole diver Wormholes can be fun. They can also develop our skills in different engagement conditions. Though inaccessible to most new or alpha players, they can be fun to roam from time to time. However, they are absolutely not RvB\u2019s primary action area. There are excellent Wormhole corporations for those who want that playstyle. These corporations have a wealth of wormhole experience, and do it far better than RvB ever could. When RvB is loosing blood and cant find the enough numbers to provide quality high sec action, think about whether it is reasonable for members to focus their time an energy on these kinds of activities. RvB is NOT a station basher, nor a tool for serving bigger mercenary corps pleasures. In the two years I have been in RVB I have seen how it has changed. Keeping our hearts open to changes brings us the potential for new adventures... as long as we hold the essence of RvB in our souls and always remember our priorities. RvB management made large strategic errors while busy with their own exciting projects with the aim of acquiring new members and setting up a new perspective. None of these projects are unique or original. They have been done by other corps for many years now. Other corps have mastered these playstyles. The only new innovation is to push these things into RvB. Yes we may have gained some new players, but we lost more than we gained in the end. Many good old people who really gave their hearts to RvB and understood what RvB is about have sadly left. Everything that has been done up until now damaged RvB\u2019s uniqueness; the features which set us apart from the rest of New Eden. We are failing to hand over the great heritage of RvB, our unique perspective and spirit, to our new members. Conclusion As a Blue I found my best friends and mentors within from within Red Federation and I met so many beautiful people in to fly with in Blue. I saw RvB as a perfect place to learn respect for one\u2019s enemy. I learned to honour fights, accept my losses, and learn from my mistakes. It was a perfect environment to learn the different dimensions of pvp and have fun with friends. It was an oasis where new players could easily can reach out and talk to veterans for guidance and fights. I know there are many people out there who share my thoughts and feelings about the ongoing situation. I know that some people speak out, whilst others prefer to stay silent. I won\u2019t stay silent and close my eyes to this situation. This corporation open to everyone, who truly loves and cares RvB.
