The Order of The First Crusade [OTFC]

For too long the Suicide Gankers, Station Gamers, and Mercenary corporations have been allowed to operate as they please. They believe that they are above reproach and operate with impunity. CONCORD remains a reactionary force that is, as of late, been wholly ineffective. These wretched blights have been allowed to fester and infect New Eden for far too long. The Order of The First Crusade has been formed to put an end to the plague they have so forcefully thrust upon us. For those of you who are Law abiding, hardworking, respectful, upstanding citizens of the Empires of New Eden, fear not. You have nothing to fear from us. For those of you that are a direct affront to the life many of the people in this great region of space strive and work so hard for. This is your one and only warning. Repent or leave now or we will burn a path through all you hold dear and leave all you have worked for in ruin. We will see your fortresses laid asunder, and your fleets turned to ash. Ganking (suicide kills) and other forms of unwarranted engagements shall be considered a serious offence and will not be tolerated. 2. Industry Capsuleers (Miners, Haulers, etc) and other non-combatant Capsuleers shall be permitted to engage in activites within Order territory as they see fit. Attacks against such Capsuleers, by NPC or hostile Capsuleers, is a violation of the Charter and shall not be tolerated. 3. Those wishing to engage in the practice of extortion, be it by ransom, "permits," or other such as yet un-named terms of indulgence, are considered in violation of the Charter and shall not be tolerated. 4. The Order considers itself above the practice of excessive profanity and other forms of unpleasant conversation. We ask that you show the same respect we show you. Belittlement, callous insults, and excessive vulgar profanity will be met with a warning, followed by a second warning and a fine. Failure to pay the fine will have it translated into an active Bounty. 5. AFK Mining and other such Bot-aspirant behavior IS allowed, if so desired by the Capsuleer. Unwarranted acts of violence against such Pilots will be met with immediate engagement and destruction of the aggressor, if location or security status permit. 6. The Order territory is a safe haven for all Miners, Freighters, Traders, and other such Capsuleers that do not fall into an intolerable category. Criminals, Gankers, and other unwarranted combat aggressors will be immediately engaged and destroyed without question or warning, if location or security status permit. 7. Engaging in the act known as "Station games" (Becoming flagged as a suspect on a station, then refitting to a hull better suited for a fight) is considered a breach of Charter and will not be tolerated. 8. Industry Capsuleers (miners, haulers, ect.) can reserve the right to contract The Order as a Escort & Protection Detail when attempting to engage in industry related tasks while in dangerous/hostile territory. Contract details and fees will be arranged via secure channels. Interested parties can submit their requests directly to The Order of The First Crusade to begin the process. 9. Repeat violations of the Order's Code of Conduct will find the Capsuleer, their Corporation, and potentially their Alliance Red-Listed permenantly with "kill on sight" orders issued, if location or security status permits.
