The Hikanatoi are a wartime fleet, dedicated to realizing the goals of the 24th Imperial Crusade, and the defense of the Amarr Empire.
The Hikanatoi are strictly an Amarrian Fleet, using only those vessels sanctioned by the Amarr Empire. Though this has the disadvantage of limiting the fleets overall capabilities, it makes up for this in overall ship management, fleet cohesion, and shock and awe.
The Hikanatoi are currently enrolled in the 24th Imperial Crusade, and are commited to eliminating the Minmatar threat and securing the contested territories for the Amarr Empire and Her Imperial Majesty Empress Catiz I.
