On the 5th of November, YC120, Ammatar capsuleers supported by the Ushra'Khan alliance and independent Matari capsuleers launched a desperate invasion of the sovereign Khanid Kingdom planet of Kahah III. For nearly a month, the planet had suffered a rebellion that began with a Deathglow attack and became a general uprising. The invasion was brought to an end not by Amarrian loyalist capsuleers, which were defeated in space, but by the Royal Khanid Navy led by Arraz Nomarya and planetary defense forces on Kahah III.
The survivors of this attempt became the Ghosts of Kahah otherwise known as "MULTO" from old legends on tsula plantations of spirits that will not rest until they find revenge. From Kahah to Thebeka to Anath, MULTO has served as a grim reminder of the senseless slaughter perpetrated by the Khanid Kingdom and the Empire that refuses to put an end to such conduct. For daring to rise up and put an end to a massacre, the Ghosts of Kahah founder Armast Darkar was declared an "attainted heretic" by order of Empress Catiz Tash-Murkon I on the 12th of December YC120 by Khemon Dulsur an-Tetrimon. Darkar then echoed a call of defection, which was lambasted by Sa-Baron Alar Chakaid.
After suffering numerous defeats in Thebeka and Darkar's new status as a "heretic" thereby losing all legal standing for himself and extended family in the Amarr Empire and associated domains, the Ghosts of Kahah have opened channels with Republic authorities, much to the chagrin of Sa-Baron Alar Chakaid. MULTO has become a voice agitating for the independence of the Ammatar Mandate from the rule of Lord Arim Ardishapur, to allow the Ammatar people the opportunity to strip themselves of the gilded splendor of a corrupt Empire brought by Lord Arim's uncle, Yonis, and to become a free people.
