Diadem Enterprise\u2122 was founded by Artemis Kusoni, in May 2020 to organize a group of friends. Originally starting out as Luzzatto Corporation, founded in 2016, it was incorporated as Diadem Enterprise in order to reform and reemerge as a stronger corporation.
