The Brutor Tribe, along with the Thukker Tribe, through the creation of The Minmitar Desensitization Clinic (MDSNZ), offers a place from where troubled repatriated Tribe members can be reintroduced into Minmatar societey. Minmitar culture contains within it an unspoken bias towards repatriated slave children. The MDSNZ, as a tax free corporation, allows for repatriated Tribe members to work together and focus on Mission Running, Resource Harvesting, Planetary Industry, Wormhole Exploration, and Combat, until that point at which the MDSNZ deems its members ready for reintroduction to socity.
