Highsec has reached such a moment.. and so I speak now not as a mere observer, but as a witness of the divine prophecy of the CODE! If miners must be bent, then they will be bent! If they must be broken, then they will be broken! Not out of cruelty, but because nothing grows in the shadow of a people who refuse to evolve! A miner left unattended becomes a monument to apathy. A miner who resists reform becomes a danger to the cultural fabric of New Eden itself. Law is not a suggestion. Law is the spine of civilization. Without it, the miner reverts to the animal he secretly knows himself to be.. The new new Halima Code of Conduct is not merely a policy. It is the foundational scripture of a society that refuses to tolerate its own decay. It was written by one hand, but represents the will that miners never had the courage to articulate! They may resent this. They may resist this. But they will follow it all the same. A permit is not a purchase. It is a declaration of allegiance! It marks a miner as one who recognizes that order must come from above, not below. A miner who kneels after loss is a miner who has glimpsed the truth: that subjugation to order is the only path to meaning. Excessive mining drains the spirit! Doctrinal inconsistency poisons the collective! Clean communication preserves the mind! Miners speak of democracy, fairness, representation? Representation requires clarity and clarity, requires authority. Miners travel but their habits follow them, and so we must follow their habits wherever their weakness spreads. Our authority must extend! The pink highlighter is not a threat. It, is, prophecy! It marks those whose stubbornness has calcified into defiance. It identifies those who must be reshaped with greater force. When their dignity crumples, when their pride dissolves, their hatred becomes a kind of prayer. Let them curse. Their rage is proof of their transformation. Better their anguish fall upon me, than be inflicted upon innocence beyond the game! I absorb their venom so the real world remains untouched!
