Unaddressed needs
In the past decade, New Eden has undergone profound transformations, introducing a plethora of elements and entities that have left an indelible mark on Capsuleers throughout the cosmos.
The incursions of Sansha's Nation and the resurgence of notorious pirate organizations such as the Angel Cartel, Blood Raiders, and Guristas have reignited turmoil within higher security systems, proliferating their influence and corruption.
The Triglavian conflict has further heightened the volatility of highsec, culminating in the establishment of Pochven and the acquisition of 27 systems, fundamentally reshaping the landscape of travel and trade within K-space regions.
Though not as recent, but no less impactful, the advent of Upwell structures and maturation of Capsuleer run planetary industry revolutionized militaries and markets alike.
These developments have rendered highsec unrecognizable to Capsuleers who remained dormant during these transformative events and had a paralyzing effect on any who had a stake in what was lost.
Amidst this backdrop, a profound sense of trauma pervades the Capsuleer community. While our focus has been on halting this great trauma, we have neglected to address lingering issues of trade, travel, and security, akin to a lingering phantom pain.
Our Charter
In response to these issues and challenges, the Phant0m Pain Trade Consortium [PT0M] is established with a charter to identify, define, and rectify these issues through the implementation of new infrastructure, fostering community cohesion, and creating opportunities for growth and prosperity.

- [PT0M] is not accepting membership applications.
- [PT0M] itself is an amalgamation of individuals, corporations and communities who agreed to this charter. This corporation acts as representation of that amalgam, nothing more.
Any contributions received will be directed towards initiatives aimed at fostering community cohesion, enhancing infrastructure and enriching the cultural fabric of the Capsuleer community at large.
